When a mesh selection is deleted and the hole is filled back in using the Surface Tools the texture is approximated and blended based on the surrounding face colors. An option to re-apply the original texture over the same area would help keep some of the realizim after edits are made. Otherwise those areas often look blurry. Essencially the filled in areas should have the option of having the original texture reapplied so they look just like when the Push/Pull/Smooth tools are used. See the screencast for and example.

There are actually few tools to make a HDRI sphere today for 3d scene lightning usage. Autodesk had Stitcher but it's not a product available anymore. Must be easy to stitch a sphere for Memento if right photots is taken?!

I like the volume measurement option in ReMake, but I need to edit the whole model to get something out of it. First I need to delete everything outside my selection, then cut the plain and even then the box of 90m3 shows its 115m3. It would be great if I can just measure my selection and adjust its cut plain(s). Or at least that it shows the invisible edges from where it measures its volume from. So I can recalculate difference manually.

It would be great to see axis direction options added to the Export Model settings. I realize ReMake is meant to be part of the Y-up world in M&E workflows, however I'm using it more and more for AEC workflows where Z-Up is standard, and having a simple z-up check box would make things easier.

Hi there, it would be nice to have the chance to define an ID for a given polygon or polygon group. That would also lead to the possibility to store selection set or recall selection on ID base. Best, V.R.

Hi, for very dense mesh a big advantage would be having the option to export the mesh as multiple mesh parts, so it would also be easier to handle the model in 3D editing softwares or Game Engine without having to reduce to much the poly count or, even worst, having to cut the mesh manually. Hi, it would be great to have the chance to export a given model as OBJ or FBX with a multi tile UV and hence multiple Diffuse/Normal/Displacement maps. That would increase the maps resolution and it would make the model more suitable for VR or games asset. Thanks! Cheers, V.

Hi guys, if you select an area, mesh report will tell you the size of the selected area, but I noticed that if you deselect and select something else the area size is not automatically updated, you have to close and reopen the mesh report, which is pretty tedious. would it be possible to have a live update on this tool? Hi, i do not know the feasibility of the thing, but it would be interesting to have the ability to defineone (or more) arbitrary middle point(s) for the bridge so one can have more control on the shape of the bridge. Basically it would be something like a spline. Thanks in advance. Best, V.

Hi, i think difference analysis tool is absolutely awesome, but it should have a data output module i.e to know the volumentric or surface percentage of difference (or consistency). Also, it would be useful if this analysis could be run for specific part of the meshes, so that the data output could be referred to those part only rather than to the whole mesh. Thanks in advance.
