When using the "Select" tool, it would be nice to be able to do so by specifying an exact circle, by first clicking on the center point, and then moving the mouse out to a point on the perimeter of the circle.   This would allow the selecting (which I would then invert) to be an exact circle, instead of free-hand, allowing a nice circular base around my object.
