Hi,
i think difference analysis tool is absolutely awesome, but it should have a data output module i.e to know the volumentric or surface percentage of difference (or consistency). Also, it would be useful if this analysis could be run for specific part of the meshes, so that the data output could be referred to those part only rather than to the whole mesh.
