Yes, incorporate video filtering. Have a drop down menu offering different time spans (for small and large and much larger projects), and additionally offer varying degrees of granulation........where the program grabs, for example, every 20th frame etc. It would make sampling dramatically easier, and also (I think) greatly ease the computation stress involved in model builds. Amazing work in progress! I love it.
