Stuck at 1% Waiting in queue

Hello,

I've attempted to create a model using only 39 photo's and it stopped at 1% waiting in queue, I gave it 4 hours and didn't move so had no choice but to cancel. Can it and / or my cloud credits be retrieved please?

Will share project folder just need email address.

Thanks

Stephen.

I have tried and eventually stopped several Projects. The one that is currently stuck at 1% is called "snake1".

I am using the Education Licence and having the same problem again!

I found that if I try a non education trial version, my models seem to get processed.

Wonder if they are prioritising the "trial version" over the education account?

Also, my first rendering that did complete, now shows "Visualization Failed, Click here to fix".

I clicked to fix it, but nothing seems to be happening.

Attached is a pic of my screen.

Thanks!

This seems to be an amazing tool if I could just figure out how to properly use it!

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! I just want to  let you know that EDU queue is limited in processing since it is offered free. Please, use this queue very conservatively so everyone can process their job. Also, development team recommending to reduce images resolutions to 12MP.

Thank you and have a great day!

My model was finished, although the surface is quite rough and un even. I will try to process my job again following your suggestion of a smaller file size per picture.

Thanks for you help and concern.

I'm having the same problem (stuck at 1% for 24 hours) on a project called xmas35mm-soft-light-crop with 74 photos. The photos are all under 4mb each.

Is it better to cancel a job and retry it or wait longer? I don't want to cancel and loose my place in the queue. But if I'm not in a queue and it's a glitch, then it sounds like I should cancel.

These photos have space in their file names after I processed them with photoshop to remove the background via cropping. Could cropped photos or spaces in the file name cause the project to get stuck?

ReCap Photo 18.2.0.8 Education License

Thank you for any direction!

Shortly after I posted the project was processed. Pure luck or did my post cause the project to get pushed through?

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community ! Your job is still in queue and it will get processed as per its priority.

I just want to  let you know that EDU queue is limited in processing since it is offered free. Please, use this queue very conservatively so everyone can process their job.

If you resend the job it may take more time than the one which is already sent.

Please, let me know if this helps.

What is the standard time for the queue? Just uploaded 149 photos and looking at 1% queue. Why can't we process this on our desktops? I have already ran processing software and it is not outside of the realm of possibilities. I'm sure there are a number of users that would like at least the option to process on their desktop rather than cloud. Might mitigate the queue.

Hello @Anonymous,

If it is stuck at 1%, that doesn't mean it will not process.

It will process, let me know what is the name of your project and License Type?

Thanks,
