Stuck at 1% Waiting in queue

Hello,

I've attempted to create a model using only 39 photo's and it stopped at 1% waiting in queue, I gave it 4 hours and didn't move so had no choice but to cancel. Can it and / or my cloud credits be retrieved please?

Will share project folder just need email address.

Hi

The main solution here that "EDU license" is low priority is true. BUT it is not the only answer and was NOT the answer in my case. Please highlight this solution to the users.

 After getting nowhere with the EDU solution I looked again at my files. I found that I had copied 2 sets of images from different projects into the same folder and uploaded them all by mistake. Therefore the ReCap software could not resolve the images into 3D. Once I realized and uploaded only a correct batch of images, it work quite quickly. - So I had wasted about 36 hours assuming it was a problem with my EDU license (as suggested here) and not looking more carefully.

So - DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FILES.

Look bys, just download the full license free trial and give er the juice.
She processes right away. And chances are youre only using er one time
anyways. Worked for me itll work for you.

I have an upload that has been stuck on 88% for 24 hours and I cant get any other uploads to move on from 0% either. Is there a solution to this?

Mine was resolved overnight about 12 hours. Maybe try reuploading.

I have the same issue and I use the student license. I have already waiting for a couple of hours but it still stuck at 1% waiting in the queue

Hi @Anonymous ,

EDU licenses have a single dedicated queue and hence waiting times can be longer depending on the number of jobs in the queue. Subscribed accounts get priority.

Hi, 

I have the same problem here. I have an educational license, and the pictures are stacked at 1% second day. I have tried different projects and images it happens every time the same, everything get stuck at 1% and nothing happens. What the problem is here? I have a project to complete but I can not do the 3d scan.

WOW...This thread started in 2017 and I'm experiencing this still!!

I'm with a business full license $35,000 multi-user subscription, and it's absurd to have to pay more to get Cloud Credits for something like this.  You should at least deduct a credit for every 15 minutes waiting in queue, it's ridiculous!!

Anyway, just had to vent a little, I'm stuck at 1% waiting in queue is there any remedy for this yet?

Hi @bwill828,

Possible to provide your project name that is stuck in the queue? I will check at the backend to see if there was some issue. You can PM me. 

For subscribed accounts, the wait in the queue should not be too long. EDU accounts on the other hand will take anywhere from a couple of hours to 3 days depending on queue congestion.

Thanks for the response Rishov, it finished around 2 hours from when I submitted it.  It just took so long to move forward from the 1% that I thought it was frozen so I started some online research and found this thread and posted my situation.  So I've moved on for now and we'll see what happens next time I use this service.

Off the back of this comment i purchased the full version. It's still stuck what's the reasoning here???????? Is there a way to offline process?

Could you send me the name of your project? I will take a look if there was any stalling at the backend. How long has it been at "Waiting at queue"?
