Stuck at 1% Waiting in queue

Hello,

I've attempted to create a model using only 39 photo's and it stopped at 1% waiting in queue, I gave it 4 hours and didn't move so had no choice but to cancel. Can it and / or my cloud credits be retrieved please?

Will share project folder just need email address.

Thanks

Stephen.

Hi, Do you know if this will be resolved soon?

I'm a student, and we have a project due on Tuesday, and we also need to 3D print our model over the weekend, so I was wondering if there a time estimate or if there's something we can tell our professor if it doesn't load past 1% in our projects.

My projects are all less than 60 photos each.

Hi @Anonymous,

I just want to let you know that this issue is resolved but you should try to check status of your projects on the ReCap Photo. We strongly recommend to download and view the 3D models on ReCap Photo.

Thank you and have a great day!

Hello @Anonymous,

Can you please share your project name?

Also, I understand that you are using Educational License on our latest release of ReCap Photo 18.1.0.18.

Please clarify about details and I should be able to help you further.

Thanks,

Hi there,

I have a full subscription. Ran the latest updates for both Recap Pro and Recap Photo, tried to run the project twice. Still stuck with this:

Need to get this resolved ASAP.
