Yes, I can.

But I dont think it is a problem with the photos because, every single one of the models that a tried to create get stuck at this point, and also last week the program run without a problem and I tried to use the same pictures that I used with a proyect that I manage to create last week and now it doesn't want to create it again

Hello @Anonymous

Yes, your job is still in queue and it will get processed as per its priority.

I just want to  let you know that EDU queue is limited in processing since it is offered free. Please, use this queue very conservatively so everyone can process their job.

If you resend the job it may take more time than the one which is already sent.

Thanks,

Hello @Anonymous

Not necessarily it will get stuck it depends on the queue.

We will see how to optimize that and give faster results. But I can not give any ETA on that.

Thanks for understanding.

I will be happy to help you, if you have any additional questions.

Keep using ReCap Photo and spread the word across other users.

Thanks,

Hello, I'm having a similar problem. I've been waiting in the queue for two hours now at 1%. Any idea how long it may take?

Hello @Anonymous

Sorry, but we cannot say how much time it is going to take as it depends on how many jobs are in queue.

But, if you submit again, then it may take the longer time than the one which is processing now, so I would suggest you to wait.

Thanks,
