I have a problem and I hope someone can help me with it. I have a relatively new laptop [less than one year old] and I only use it for inventor and AutoCAD. other than that I have the ms office suit. C:/ 120Gb and D:/ 1Tb. and my C has only 17Gb left. I uninstalled Invnetor2019 to install 2020 and I still don't have the space.
my question is how can I go about freeing us my hard drive space. its like its portioned and I don't have access to the full 120Gb. something is wrong. what can I do?
can any of you look at it remotely to see what the situation is?
I also checked in my C;/programs and say old versions on inventor that I never installed, 2017 and 2018 taking up +10Gb each and also revit was there. I have never installed revit. in total I saw +30Gb in Autodesk programs that I cant account for.
is this normal or does something sound fishy. I need the space because now I cant update to 2020.
help needed asap.
