Open files: Automatically with"Defer Update" on read-only files

Hi,

For the Vault professional and Inventor environment really a must.

It should not be possible that a read only file (General all files) can be changed or updated.

So I suggest to build in an option to prevent the read-only (Released) files from updating in Inventor.

Furthermore:

The most commands should be disabled for these read-only (Released) files. (DisabledCommandTypes = All)

I'd like to see Inventor being smarter opening drawing files: if the file is read-only, the option "defer update" should apply automatically. The benefit for users is not to think about the option double-clicking a drawing. Or from PDM perspective, we could avoid setting this option in the document options on drawing release.
