Hello,

 

This popped up while trying to create a new rule in an assembly:

Any ideas?

Something is real messed up for your program/windows. Try repairing install.

Did you paste the rule's code from a webpage or other source? If so try pasting it into a notepad and look for any weird characters. Remove them and copy/paste the code from notepad.
