External iLogic rules from Vault

In our company we have a folder in Vault where all iLogic vb-files are stored. On my computer I have manually chosen this folder in the iLogic configuration. I have some models which uses external files, but how do I assure that all users have these external rules locally on the computer? Is there a VB code I can use to retrieve them from Vault, or any way to get these automatically? Also applies to Global Forms.

Can you use a public share for these rules?
This makes the situation easier.

For example:
All user use the X:\Rules as network share.
You can perform to check out from vault to this share.
