3D PDF error

I use Inventor professional 2021 and get an error on creating 3d pdf. I get the error with an assembly, but also with even one part. Inventor also gives the error if I try to create the 3D pdf from a file on the local disc (desktop)

I attached the error message. Any help would be wonderful.

Could you try to test it with a file that is not on a server!?

I tried, that works. Another assembly with a different project file works fine from the same server. I copied the project file but the problem continues to exist. Even a part in the project will not export to 3d pdf.

where are the pdf template files stored?

They are stored on the server as well. But the test from the desktop used the pdf template from server as well.

With the pdf template coming from the program files folder it does not work either.

Try to use them / template pdf files from Local directory.

Can you make a screenshot of the settings you are using when the pdf is to be created.

I mean the dialog with settings.

You have tried an local location for the Output, isn't it?

are you having problems with all files, or can you create pdf from other files?

I can create a 3d pdf from other files with a different project file. I am on Inventor 2021.3.1.

I can also create a 3d pdf from a derived part of the assy in the same project file, location, etc. It looks to me that one or multiple parts/assys are the cause of the error.

Well, the most weirdest thing happened. It works again.

There are no differences in project file. I updated my adobe reader from pro 9 to pro DC and now it seems to work again. What I do not know is why it did not work.
