This is not place to post this type of question or hi-jack someone else's posting on a totally different subject matter..  Please use the Autocad discussion forum for this type of question.   And when you do post, please indicate your AutoCAD version, your plotter, and the OS you have.   However plotters in AutoCAD are controleld by your windows driver so that would be the first place to look since you description is so generic

Welcome to the community..

For future reference I might suggest that you create your own posting instead of hi-jack another that has nothing to do with your needs.

All Autodesk 2012 version is obsoleted and no longer support by Autodesk which means there's no "live" links to Acad LT 2012.   What is the reason why you need a legacy version?  Do you need to reinstall it?  Just because you have a serial # and product key for it doesn't mean its going to activate due to the history of that serial #.

However someone from Autodesk may chime in and give you a short term link to Acad LT 2012.

May I ask what your request has to do with live chat..  Next time create your own posting and not hi-jack someone's posting that has nothing to do with your needs.  

4GB of ram is the bare min to run that application.  It will be very slow since Autodesk is really recommending 8GB..  Hopefully your machine is based on a  64BIT OS..  Remember you don't really have 4GB to run the application since a percentage of that ram is being used for the OS.

This is not a live chat..  Someone was asking about where the live chat functions went to..  Please do not hi-jack other postings that have nothing to do with your issue.  Create your own posting and requirements. 

Now to your problem..  Yes you should be able to do this because its authorized by your named Autodesk Account.  But you can't be running the same time.  In addition I would assume the software is capably of running on your iPad.
