having difficulty installing.

Thank you, but my screen states that the serial numbers will be available here after you download. See below. Then when I press the button to download, the attached screen appears but the button to install is not active. So it appears I cannot install the files that will get me to the key.

Any ideas? Thanks, Bill

I had the same issue and couldn't find it, but how I did was go to my order online under my account management and looked at the "View Details", under  the "Billing and Orders" and I found the other I needed.  Hope this helps 🙂

Nothing showed there. I did not have an option to view details. Any other ideas? I can't figure out why it will not finish the installation?
