Hi!

I'm trying to instal Autocad for Mac on a Macbook Pro Retina with El Capitan 10.11.4 .

When i'm installing Autocad at the end of the installation, appear this message "The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail".

How can i solve it?

Thanks

Can you attach install.log from your main account again? After the last installation attempt.

And - now you can delete new account, created today for installation testing.

In this post:
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac-general/autocad-2016-mac-fail-to-install/m-p/6067311#M...
Hao advised to use a script for installation which was attached to his post. I think as last attempt you can try it.

Now I see that you have permission problems with SUDO command which is necessary to complete AutoCAD installation. Here are some lines from log file you attached:

Apr 22 20:44:27 MacBook-Pro installd[384]: ./postflight: sudo: unable to stat /etc/sudoers: Permission denied
Apr 22 20:44:27 MacBook-Pro installd[384]: ./postflight: sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting
Apr 22 20:44:27 MacBook-Pro installd[384]: ./postflight: sudo: unable to stat /etc/sudoers: Permission denied
Apr 22 20:44:27 MacBook-Pro installd[384]: ./postflight: sudo: no valid sudoers sources found, quitting

And now look at this discussion:

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3680870?start=0&tstart=0

I thin you can find the solution there.

Try at first not to experiment with root user, simply reinstall OS X in place from the Recovery partition. This should repair permission problems.

Thank You....So the procedure that i have to try is :

Back up all data, if not already done. Boot from your recovery partition (command-R at startup) and reinstall Lion. If you upgraded from 10.6, you'll need the Apple ID and password you used to buy Lion from the App Store. Don't erase the boot volume; just reinstall in place. You won't need your backup unless something goes wrong.

or first i try with Root User?

You don't need to uninstall it, just remove it from Login items in your account in Users pane of OS X System Preferences. Than log out and log in again or restart your Mac - Autodesk 360 will never start again.
