Stalling at "Hub is being Configured"

Anyone else run into the problem where it hangs at the Hub is being configured intro screen? This is happening on a pcs that previously had the beta on it as well as one that never did. Also after removing all the folders mentioned in the cleanup portion of the faq the only thing that changes is it asks me to log in prior to hanging at this point. Thanks in advance!

I too am unable to get past the "Hub is being configured" I tried on multiple networks and multiple logins. I was part of the Mac Beta does this have something to do with it? Currently I am using Windows 7.

Hi Nathan,

I received an email saying welcome to Fusion 360 for my account creation and shortly after, the stalling at the hub configuration was no longer a problem!

Thanks!

Jason

Welcome to the community! Thanks for letting us know about the stall.I was just alerted on the Autodesk health dashboard about an issue which is most likely the cause of this issue (see below).

I'll check with the operation team and post back here when all is good to go. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks,

@Anonymous It looks like all services should be back to normal. Let me know if the Hub configuration error message subsides or if we should take a closer look.

Thanks,

Just accepted an invite to join a project on A360/Fusion 360 and it keeps hanging on the "Hub is being configured" screen. Have tried it on different devices, networks, and via proxy and it's still stalling. It won't work on the A360 or F360 iOS apps either.

@Anonymous We took a look at all of the hubs for projects you are associated with and all appear to be setup correctly.  Can you confirm if you are still having problems?

All is well. It took about 24hrs to correct itself, but it is no longer stalling. Thanks.

7 years later an I also have the problem.

At first login I was prompted to create a team. I did. No special characters or something else.

No I am not able to log in to Fusion 360. It always loops me back to the login screen.

Weird thing: When I want to open the team over the website it is saying "Hub is being configured" all the time. It think the problem is somewhere within the creation of the team. But I can't edit or delete it because of the stated message.

Please, I need help soon. Using this software to work.

@maxWU5JZ This issue should be addressed and you should be able to login successfully now. Can you please confirm?

No, sorry.

still stuck in Log In Loop and when checking Fusion Teams over the homepage it is constantly saying „Hub is being configured“

@maxWU5JZ Can you please attach log files from you machine?

1. Start Fusion 360 and while it is starting
2. CMD+ Shift (Mac) CTRL+Shift (Windows) to launch the Fusion service utility
3. Gather diagnostic logs - this will generate a zip file

Please attach the file here to see what could be happening.

Once you have collected the log files, can you do a reset Fusion 360 and see if that helps?

Did a reset and even a complete fresh install. Didn't change anything.

I attached the log file.
