How can I export 3d curves from fusion to a step file

We use fusion many times to translate catia parts to step files. However, many of these parts have 3d curves in them for things like mating surface definitions, etc. Fusion seems to only export the solid data. Is there some setting anywhere to make it output the 3d curves into the step file, or any other way to get those 3d curves exported?

Fusion 360 can import and export solid bodies, analytical and NURBS surfaces. It does not import or export wireframe geometry.

Very nice, almost what I need, except that it doesn't support catia files!
