Are you getting an error message? What happens when you try to start the application?

Do you know if the update that was just released has been installed yet? If not could you post the installation log file here for review?
You may also try the suggestion in the below link to see if it helps.
Occasionally a graphics crash will be pretty quiet.. Are you running on Windows? If so, have you recently updated the graphics driver?

Did you do a fresh install or did you update to the latest build we deployed today? Also are you trying to launch from a shortcut that you created?
