I have been happily using fusion 360 on my mac for some time now. I recently got a used pc for a workshop computer and would like to run fusion 360 on it as well. I downloaded and installed the software but when I try to view my models and drawings, the model space is just gray and the models don't show up. I can click on individual faces/parts and it will highlight them in a transparent blue. But I can't see or work with them. Maybe someone can offer some advice??

One thing I see is your GPU memory doesn't meet min requirements: Your screencap shows you have 128 MB of GPU RAM not the required 512.

This may or may not be your issue, just thought I would point it out.

Another issue is your GFX driver is out of date.

System Requirements
  • Apple Mac® OS® X Mavericks (10.9.5), OS® X Yosemite (10.10.5), OS® X El Capitan (10.11)
  • Microsoft® Windows® 7 SP1 or Microsoft® Windows® 8.1, Windows® 10
  • CPU: 64-bit processor (32-bit not supported)
  • Memory: 3GB RAM (4GB or more recommended)
  • A DSL internet connection or faster
  • Disk space: ~2.5GB
  • Graphics Card: 512MB GDDR RAM or more, except Intel GMA X3100 cards
  • Pointing device: Microsoft-compliant mouse, Apple Mouse, Magic Mouse, MacBook Pro trackpad

Hi,

Please upgrade your graphics card driver. From your graphics diagnostic data, your graphics card driver is pretty old(more than 6 years ago).

Thanks

Hi,

Here are a couple of links from AMD website that might be able to help you:

I don't have such a card at my hand so I can't help verify. Radeon X1300/X1550 series card is very old and probably AMD has stopped to release the new driver in the recent years.
