How do I get this to stop poping up everytime i click on an object or hover over a line? It is preventing me from selecting and manipulating objects.

Hi Teunissen, this window pops up when you hold the mouse button down for a bit longer than a regular click. It is meant to help you if you have a lot of geometry in the background in your model and you're trying to select a very specific object. in the case of this the only thing under your cursor what that horizontal line or "sketch curve." Clicking sketch curve will select the line.
