Revolute joints lost when animating

Hi. I'm a new Fusion 360 user and have been trying to animate an ellipsograph (sometimes called a "trammel of archimedes"). There are two revolute joints which are lost when in animation mode. I found another post which said that an upgrade, scheduled for 2015, would allow retention of such joints when animating (if I've understood correctly). Did this not happen or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help I can get with this...

I'll have a look first thing in the morning. That was a fun assembly to make.

Here's a wiki page on it for those that are curious:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trammel_of_Archimedes

So if anyone has a suggestion, please post it. Otherwise I'll get back to this thread tomorrow.

The ability to animate joints is not currently in product and it never has been, so nothing is "lost" or regressed.

We were working on it but it wasn't deemed high-quality enough for the product yet. I'll ask if there are more details or plans to implement it soon.

Thanks,
