Well I had hoped to have an analogue dial gauge working, but beggars can't be choosers. Here is a fully working digital dial gauge. The font needs to be installed in the windows directory for it to work.

I already have an analogue gauge. I created it ages ago. It's just that I want the dials to rotate when I change the length of the shaft.

@timothy_crouse  Nice arrowhead options, I would remove the text from the flip parameter because if the rotate parameter is used before the flip parameter, the text rotates to odd angles.

I really like this block but I have a couple of questions.

I can't seem to see an arrow to flip the swing so I just mirror it. The other thing is how to get the swing line to be continuous instead of a dashed line

1 suggestion make the text the center of the block so that you rotate and flip as the text as your center of rotation. Other than  that pretty cool block. I would also maybe put in a move point on the arrow too so that you can move the arrow separate from the text. I did play around with it a bit and I did the suggestion above but i dint check that all states work. Have a look at the first first visibility state about my suggestion above.
