I am currently working on a drawing and just relaized that it is somehow Xrefed into itself and I am unable to detach it.  Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance.

Hi,

run command _PURGE, then you can detach the XREF, so I guess there is a block defined, into which the XRef is built in.

Hi,

and the block, which holds the XRef is: "Manufactoring".

If you purge that blockdefinition then detaching of the XRef is possible.

BTW: you have a lot of AC$...-blocks in the drawing, so I guess you had a lot of crashes, the drawing structure is not clean at all.

This just proves that if you shared the file earlier, you'd be done and moved on by now 🙂

Problem solved! Thanks everyone for all your help.  I totally would've tried the long method before if I had the time, busy day at the office.  But either way, thanks again for everything.  Have a great night.
