Connecting 3D objects on an Elliptic Line

Hi! I'm trying to finish this step but I'm unsure how to do it. I'm trying to connect two pieces together with an elliptic line, but I have no idea what to do.

The original and my version are embedded.

Draw an ellipse inside the pipe and LOFT the 2 ellipses

Oh it's a lot closer, but how do I make the loft retain the radius? When I try it just goes through a straight path between the two ellipsoids.

Loft and pick the 2 ellipses, ENTER, then use GUIDES, pick the two arcs.

It should be working fine, but for some reason it just doesn't work for me. I don't understand why. I sent a video showing what's going on.

@Anonymous ,

Show us  what the command line says.  Also, optimize the drawing by doing an AUDIT.

Hopefully this helps.  Otherwise, post your drawing.

Probably the arcs are not precisely snapped to the quadrants.

Can you attach your .dwg ?

I'm gonna be honest, I'm pretty sure that's the problem. I don't really know how to make the arc command work in this instance so my friend told me to do an alternative method that wasn't exact, since he didn't know how, either. How would I go about doing it right?

I got it, thank you guys!

But quick question, on the 2D side, how would I go about doing the arc correctly?

The dimensions given wasn't correct.

They were near but not precise at the North and South quadrants,  you have to use grips and snap to the ellipses

to make LOFT works.
