Weld threshold removed from symmetry in 2022?

This seems like a really strange thing to remove. What's the solution for that now? It's making a huge mess of my verts.

Can this please be released before my perpetual Maintenance license expires at the end of 2021? I do not plan to go to a subscription for some time. Will there be an update for the users with expired maintenance? I do not want to be stuck with a symmetry modifier that is not working correctly. It always worked fine in previous releases, and this is a bug, not a new feature. It would be very bad to be stuck with a perpetual license with a symmetry modifier that does not work 100%

Did you update to 2022.2? It should be operating as desired in that build

I thought you wrote in a previous post that there were even newer changes to the symmetry modifier that were only available in a non-public beta version. This to me suggested that there were still improvements that were not yet implemented in the 2022.2 version.

Its funny that you can get access to Symmetry.Threshold from maxscript 😄

Anyway there's nothing new in this situation Autodesk always was evil corporation. The only thing they care about is money.
So until everyone starts to massively switch to another software - they won’t lift a finger on a finger to do something properly...

And the funniest thing is that to fix that you'll need 20 minutes of a programmer. But we will wait months until they fix that in best case.
