Numbering Scheme, Add "Min Length" to "Free Text" Field

Some customers requires a range in the Free Text Field i.e.:

1. A minimum of 8 length

2. A maximum of 12 length

Something like this. Or when you enter a min. length then automatically this is set as "Min Length Required".
