Include project folder properties in folder report

This is inspired by this post:

And coincidently I am also working on some report templates which require the same feature, so I have this idea:

Consider the following scenario:

We use Project folders to organize our projects, we add properties to these project folders, so we can have full project informations on them, now we need to create a report for my current project, AND I want these project properties to show up on the report. Well, the truth I find is, I can't do it!

For example, this is how the project folder looks like in vault:

And this is what I want in the report:

And when creating a folder report in vault, the funny thing is, we can select Sub-folders, but not the folder itself. You can get the properties from those sub-folders, if any, but what do I need the sub-folder properties for?

So please Autodesk, make the selected project folder properties available in folder report.

Is this really not possible? I'm trying to find a way to pull the folder's properties as well, but haven't found anything in my searches yet.
