Hi,

I have updated Vault 2022 to 2023 including 2023.0.1. The installation went smooth and everything worked fine untill check-in files. From Vault I have following error message:

check-in from Inventor:

Server Logbook:

Any ideas ? Thanks

@gandhey ,

Thanks, yes I tried it and made no difference.

What concerns me is what is mentioned in the server log:

Exception(Inner): There is already an Item with de same key added.

 (Translated from Dutch)

It looks like there something double, but what ?

It seems to me that something is getting lost in your property mapping sync, according to the logs there. That would align with a similar thread below, which may help solve this:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/vault-forum/error-quot-an-item-with-the-same-key-has-already-been-add...

You may have to open up a support ticket and show them your Vault property mapping and test without it enabled to confirm that is the issue.

Autodesk Support solved my problem. If I understood correctly they found a dll file with a wrong entry.

This is configuration dependent.

Autodesk Support find the double entry as follow:

Tools > Administration > Vault Settings > Behaviors > Properties

My part number had 2 mappings. I deleted the custom entries.

Try to get the support assistance... you can also try to check for the updates of the autodesk or else if nothing is working just raise assistance.
