Upchain Maintenance - Out of Office Hours

Hey, It would be greatly apricated if all the updates and maintenance took place out of office hours (Southern Hemisphere time). At present all Upchain downtime is right in the middle of our working day, which is very frustrating and can be quite the disruption. Lucky we are still in the implementation stages so it only affects a few users at present but once we go fully live this could be upto 15 users all being locked out for 1 - 2hrs during a working day.

If we could get the team to work around these time zones as best as possible that would be great.

Dear Aaron,

Thank you for posting your idea.

We understand that this is not a good time for your region but it is hard to perform maintenance that will be convenient for all regions. However, we will see if it is possible to review when we do maintenance and spread the times so that it doesn't always affect a specific region.
