New export and scheduling report features in Autodesk account

Accessing accurate data is an important part of managing your Autodesk account. Whether you’re reviewing user assignments, or analyzing product usage, you often need to export information to work with it more closely. 

 

We’ve continued improving the reporting experience to help make exporting data more straightforward and flexible. You can now export filtered data directly from additional pages in your account, without being redirected elsewhere. And with our newest feature, you can also schedule reports, making it easier to receive the information you need on a recurring basis. 

 

Export directly from more pages in account 

Last year, we released a new feature that allowed you to export filtered usage data directly from the usage report page, without navigating away from it. That same experience is now available across additional areas of your account. 

You can export data directly from the user management (by user), groups, usage report, seat usage, token usage (for Flex), and several team insights pages. When you apply filters and select export from the page you’re working on, the file is generated in the background and downloaded using your browser’s standard controls, so you can continue working in Autodesk account without interruption.

Schedule reports to run automatically 

If you regularly generate the same reports, you can now schedule them to run on a recurring basis with your selected filters applied. This can help you personalize your export experience and is currently available in user management (by user, groups), usage report, seat usage,token usage (Flex), and applicable team insights pages. 

To schedule a report, go to the relevant page, apply the filters you want included in the export, choose a recurrence frequency, and confirm the schedule. On the scheduled date, you’ll receive an email notification. After authenticating, you’ll be directed to an export page showing your recent files, where you can download the report. 

You can create multiple scheduled reports if needed, helping ensure that the right data is available at the right time.
