Accessing and analyzing key insights about user usage patterns is important for optimizing tech admin workflows and for proper management of resources. At Autodesk, we recognize this need and are continuously working on improving the process of accessing and exporting reports.

The latest enhancement in your Autodesk account offers an easier way to export usage data and save time. You can now export filtered usage data directly from the usage report without having to navigate away. This process helps ensure that you don’t lose your workflow while the export file is being generated and gives you the flexibility to simultaneously work within other areas of your account.

The usage report allows you to filter usage data, giving you insights into user activity, software usage, license assignments, and the ability to observe trends over time. It can help you understand how resources are utilized, identify areas for improvement, and ensure your team is equipped with the tools they need.
