Join us for our next EMEA Virtual Meetup as we bring together perspectives from an owner, an engineering consultancy, and a general contractor to explore how organisations with very different project types and operational goals are using the same common workflows inside Forma to support communication and collaboration across projects and teams

The session will focus on how teams are using Issues as a practical workflow for observations, coordination, accountability, and action tracking across stakeholders - and how one common tool can support very different ways of working while still maintaining consistency across projects.

Topics to expect:
• Why Issues has become one of the most widely adopted workflows inside Forma
• How different organisations use the same tool differently
• Communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders
• Balancing standardisation with flexibility
Peer-led breakout discussions and workflow sharing

This is a really interesting topic—especially how different teams adapt the same “Issues” workflow for very different project needs. The balance between standardization and flexibility is something many organizations struggle with in real projects.

In my experience working with digital platforms and content workflows, even small improvements in structured communication can significantly improve coordination between teams. I also shared a related perspective on workflow and user experience.

Looking forward to the session and learning how others are using Issues in Forma.
