Here is a link to the help content.  The interface needs a refresh, but the workflow is the same.  

 

The key is to set the data type in the parameter to "Link".

tried this successfully in other element paramters, but when I try to add a second parameter to an element with a link - it doesn't work

Thanks for reaching out! Are you adding the second link to a second parameter or are you trying to copy/paste two URLs to the same parameter?

I'm trying to add a second parameter to the same element.
My intentions were to add to the element -
1.Specification [data sheet containing information regarding the element]
2.QA Checklist [pdf of commissioning checklist]

@brenttY9XRJ, can you provide me with a detailed outline of the steps you are taking to try and do this? Or a screen recording? If you don't want to post anything here, feel free to send me a private message with any attachments.

 

To add a second link parameter,

  1. the second link parameter must be associated with the asset's classification in the facility template.
  2. When edits are made to a Facilities Template, such as adding more parameters to a class, you must click update under the Assets tab of the facility.
