Hi @teixeiranh and guys ,
I ´ve just been surfing the autodesk Revit structure site and of course most of the tools ,if not all , to integrate Revit with Robot were done by the RSA development guys we know so well, wonderfully represented here in this forum mainly by Artur , Rafal and Pawel .
I never get tired of saying that RSA support is by far the best I have ever seen for any kind of software available and also for any kind of anything else!!!Kudos to them!!
Back to Revit , I learned it (Revit structure) some 3 years ago and as a test, I modelled the Rio 2016 olympics Golf facilities (small building) . Not a regular boxed buiding ,but also not so complicated. Then I sent it to Robot . I was a complete mess!!! If I was not a RSA user for many years ,it would be impossible to fix what has been transfered from Revit to Robot. And I am pretty sure it would have been a lot faster to build the model from scratch on Robot.
I said all that to enphazize that , if the structural analysis is to be carried using the Revit-Robot link , Robot cannot be a "supporting role actor " on Revit structure "play" ,.
If that´s the case (using Revit-Robot link), 1st of everything , Autodesk should insistently stress that The Revit structure modeller/user should be a very skilled structural enginneer with considerable practice in RSA!!!!!
But of course this is not very good to say when you want/need to sell software.
What I read on Autodesk site is that any Revit user can easily use Robot to perform all kind of analysis after sending the model from Revit.

"Users of Revit" , not even users of Revit structure!!!!
That´s why ,sometimes we see architects here at the forum asking the dumbest questions thinking that a single good answer will make them magically run a trustable structure analysis!!!
Bad news for autodesk and all those users!!!
It´s not that simple . Even if RSA was the perfect Structural analysis program , if that exists , it will still mandantorily need someone who is a skilled Structural engineer and that has some practice with the program!!!!
Not stressing this to potential Revit users is ,1st of all, a great disrespect with all Structural engineers professionals and can be very dangerous for those users that think/believe Revit can "do magic".
All that said , this is to reinforce that not Revit , but Robot is the real main actor of this "structural Play" . If RSA doesn´t get better year after year with new good and important features (like it was on past) , no matter how we love RSA as it is today ,it will be gradually abandoned , losing market to other not so good analysis packages .
So please , listen to us!!!!!!
