Revit 2024 bug - voids un-cut themselves when you move something

My first project using Revit 2024 & I notice when I move an object (such as a wall panel), any voids that were previously cut inside that wall automatically UN-cut themselves.  Even if i was just moving the wall left or right a tiny fraction & the void is tied to a ref plane not the wall itself.

After moving, you then have to go back and cut all of the voids again.

This never happened in the older versions of Revit.

Also, all dimensions get deleted when you move an object, where older versions of revit would keep the dim & automatically adjust the # to the new distance without deleting it.

Does anyone know why Autodesk would add this horrible change to 2024?  I assume it's a bug?

Probably the first thing i would suggest is you ensure you have all Revit 2024 updates installed so it not a bug that's been resolved!

But you possibly have Disjoin box ticked when moving elements which will force it to loose its association to Dimensions and Voids?

Unchecked Disjoin box from the option bar below the ribbon when move elements.

yes, that fixed it.  thanks.  not sure why that box would be checked as default.
