Custom Column Tag Family - Reference Built-in Parameters to Define Family Parameters via Conditional Formula

Hi everyone.

I have a custom column tag that I made for Revit 2022. In R22, there was an introduction of "Angle" to column tags. See screenshot below.

While this a welcomed addition, setting the angle such that the tag is in one of the left quadrants simply rotates the tag without flipping the labels/text. See next screenshot below.

Using a visibility instance parameter within the family, I would like to set a conditional formula that reads the angle seen above to "flip" the labels as the tag is rotated. This requires referencing a "built-in" parameter, but I can't figure out how.

In a similar vain, I would like to have a conditional visibility parameter to show or hide a tail note based on the presence of text in that particular field, which is currently assigned as a shared project parameter.

Any help would be most appreciated!

I also attached the family for those who need to tinker with it to understand what I'm working with.
