Using Revit in Mega Project

In Mega Project we have to break down project in to zones. Each Zone is to be modeled and coordinated in separate revit file .What iam asking about for example ,if i have pumps in one zone and they feed some servicves in another zone after coordinating i want to check changes in pressure to compare it with orginal design .how can this be done if the system is divided between to files ???.Revit will see the system disconnected as the continuation in another file.

Revit will see system separate.You can join all files in one and that to connect systems for flow analys (this will cost you a lot of work time and have chance for issues). Best solution for mega projects is to work on central file with properly separated worksets (this way request good workstations for Standart workflow)

Thank you for replying. The idea of joining all files in one cannot be done as i have over 14 zones in the project. Each file is over 200 mb , so i dont think we can do all the work in one central file.
