I recently posted here to let the Maya community know that I’ve moved my asset and tutorial library to a new storefront. For context, this is a collection of mostly Maya-related tools, rigs, effects assets, and tutorials that I built over nearly a decade on FlippedNormals. Some of the work connected to this library has also been presented at SIGGRAPH on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, my previous post was removed as promotional spam, so I’ll avoid posting a direct link here. That said, I did want to clarify that this is not a random commercial drop or unrelated advertisement. It’s a long-running Maya-focused resource that I’ve maintained for years, and I recently had to rebuild the entire library elsewhere at significant personal cost after the old storefront became unavailable. I understand the need to keep the forums free of spam, but I also hope there is some room to share relevant Maya resources with other users, especially when they are directly connected to production workflows, learning, and tool development. Hello Autodesk Community, At my school district, we are experiencing a persistent "Active Sessions Exceeded" error that is preventing multiple students from working simultaneously, despite using unique accounts. I have already cleared local caches, resolved device naming conflicts, and performed clean uninstalls with no success. Despite these local fixes, the system is still incorrectly grouping distinct student accounts into a single concurrent slot. I even moved all students from the general license pool to *Subscription ID **09, yet the error persists—even though the warning dialog correctly recognizes they are on different machines (e.g., 'Laptop-01' vs. 'Laptop-02'). Hi all,   I'm getting a persistent AUTH-001 error when trying to exchange an SSA JWT assertion for an access token. I've verified every part of the request and I'm stuck. Hoping someone can spot what I'm missing. --- Environment APS App type: Server-to-Server SSA created via: ssa-manager.autodesk.io, logged in with my Client ID and Secret SSA status: ENABLED SSA added to ACC hub as Hub Administrator with Forma Data Management license Token endpoint: https://developer.api.autodesk.com/authentication/v2/token --- The Error 403 AUTH-001: "The client_id specified does not have access to the api product" --- What I've Verified JWT payload (confirmed correct structure via jwt.io decode): { "iss": "<my APS Client ID>", "sub": "<my SSA serviceAccountId>", "aud": "https://developer.api.autodesk.com/authentication/v2/token", "iat": <current unix time>, "exp": <iat + 300>, "scope": ["data:read", "account:read"] } JWT header: { "alg": "RS256", "typ": "JWT", "kid": "<my SSA Key ID>" } POST body (form-urlencoded): grant_type=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:jwt-bearer assertion=<signed JWT> client_id=<my APS Client ID>   The JWT is signed RS256 using Node.js crypto.createSign('RSA-SHA256') with the private key generated by ssa-manager for that key ID. jwt.io confirms it is a Valid JWT with all claims correct.   Important note: When I use ssa-manager.autodesk.io to generate a token manually using the same PEM file and scopes, it succeeds and returns a valid access_token. So the SSA itself is working. The failure is specific to my programmatic JWT generation and token exchange.   Questions: 1. Is the JWKS URI field on the APS app settings page required for SSA jwt-bearer to work? Mine is currently empty.   2. Is there any additional configuration step required on the APS developer portal to enable the jwt-bearer grant type for a Server-to-Server app? The app currently shows Grant Type: Client Credentials only.   3. Is there a known difference between how ssa-manager generates the JWT internally versus a standard RS256 sign with Node.js crypto.createSign('RSA-SHA256')? This seems like the most likely culprit given that ssa-manager works but my programmatic call does not.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Best Regards,  Tony Show More

We additionally made this update to the Category search behavior, improving navigation consistency and helping Community members find more relevant content faster, while still allowing full community search when needed. Consistent Username Display: Fixed an issue where usernames displayed inconsistently across profile pages, breadcrumbs, and browser tabs.
