routing preference problem

Dear all,
I am trying to convert the "tee" to a "cross" by clicking the + sign.

I think the cross family is defined in the routing preferences.

However, the system gives me the following error message:

"The converted fitting was not defined in the routing preference. Please assign one on the connected curve types."

What could be the reason for this?

That is the answer. Do you know how to check the routing preferences and assign the cross?

I checked your model and everything looks good and the conversion from "tee" to "cross" works.
