can't see equipment in Callout

As you can see in the pictures the equipment (pumps) not show in callout

plan view and callout have same view template

You'll need to upload the model please, or if that is not possible then screenshot the view settings, view template settings, view ranges etc and attach those please.

Scale can affect what shows up on callouts.  What scale is the callout at?

Create the callout as a floor plan view, not a detail view.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

It looks like you may have different view ranges. If they are the same, the view template may not be set to control everything.

Thanks all for your replies. I found the solution. In visibility setting(VG), imported categories, imports in families was off.

And THAT wasn't being controlled by the view template? Really?
