In projects like Apartment, Units ( partition wall, furniture, wall based plumbing, fixtures )
are grouped and some part of group are hosted on partition walls.
If some part of group are hosted outside the group, it creates lots of problems.
Revit can introduce wall property " hosting " to uncheck,
Basically a wall type which doesn't allow anything
to host on it.
specially Inter-tenancy Walls, Load bearing walls etc.
