Unticked Filter in Floor Plan for Level Removes from Constraint Drop Down for Walls & Other

If I create a Number of Level Some For FFL and others for SSL and I then create a filter to hide the SSL  levels and apply this to a view like a floor plan or Elevation, this should then remove it from the constraint options in the properties for a wall & other as in example screenshot below.

Had a thought that this could be applied to an element (wall/door/roof...) rather than a view (plan, section, elevation...) that way no matter which view you are in the constraint levels list will always be the same for that element
