Spot Elevations do not have the ability to turn off Snaps. Even when Snaps are turned off globally in Manage tab, Spot Elevations still snap to elements in Toposurface/Stoposolid. PLEASE make it so Snaps can be turned off for Spot Elevations, just like any other tool.
