Temporary walls, floors, ceilings and room bounding lines (those that are created and demolished in the same phase) do not bound rooms. Like all walls, they should bound rooms unless the user unchecks "Room Bounding". Temporary walls often are used to indicate temporary partitions which DO define a room during the phase of construction. Not allowing temporary walls to be room bounding requires a room bounding line to be placed in the same location as the wall (which Revit will create an error for because it doesn't understand when room separation lines overlap with a wall that is not bounding a room.
If room bounding lines are displayed in the view filters might be needed to filter out the ones representing the demo of "temporary" lines in later demo plans. Otherwise the walls must be demolished in the next phase and a filter applied to every view (and consultants views) to show the "temporary" nature of the walls and similar elements.
Rooms already exist in only one phase (a separate problem), temporary walls not bounding them just causes problems when there is already a parameter to make elements not room bounding.
