When creating a family for a project we typically create a specific sub-category and assign the modeled elements to that category so we can turn that item off individually if need be in the project. The problem I have is when I bring in another family into the family I'm creating. I cannot assign the sub-category to that family I added. All families come with a sub-category pre-built into them. Is there a way to add this feature via the radio button function so that the imported elements can inherit the same subcategory as the family?
