Stair Path "Automatic Up/Down Direction" and "Fixed Up Direction" improvements
We need to be able to rename the "Stair Path" system families as well as their types. It's frustrating that you also cannot purge them. If your office standard is to only use the Automatic Up/Down Direction or the Fixed Up Direction, you cannot purge the other from the template. In our template we rename all families and the two Stair Path system families are the only ones we haven't been able to rename.
We need adjustable grips to stretch the start and end points of stair paths - or we need to be able to edit sketch and adjust the path for stair path (or the automatic stair path needs to be smarter and understand that we want the start symbol and end arrowhead to be at the base level and top level). The issue is that we often need our top tread to be level with the landing to apply the nosing, so we would want the stair path to start or stop before that last tread.
We need a button to add stair path annotation to stairs that don't have it. The stair path currently shows only in the original view a stair was created in and if you add additional views the stair shows but not the stair path (because it's annotation, and like room tags, you have to add them in subsequent views) - currently the only way to add a stair path annotation is to right click on a stair path type in the project browser and choose "create instance" or drag and drop the type into the drawing window and select the stair to apply it to. Copy and paste from one view into another doesn't work.
The type parameters "Start from Riser" and "End at Riser" that are currently available for the Fixed Up Direction don't appear to do anything.
Why is it that when you create a new stair, it has two stair path arrow objects on it?
