Spot Elevation of Linked Models.

Spot Elevation of Linked Models.

Scenario:

  1. Using Revit 2016 Update7 for R2
  2. Revit File A is the Model and Revit File B is the Masterfile for the Sheets.
  3. Create Double floor (one for the structural slab with drop 50 and one for the finishes)
  4. Use spot elevation with Display Elevations: Top & Bottom Elevation to annotate the floor of a linked model.

The issue:

The bottom elevation reads the info from the bottom elevation from of the floor below (Structural Slab) instead of the Finishes floor bottom elevation.

Hopefully Autodesk will fix this issue soon.
