Spot elevation dimension referenced from topo surface

Spot elevation dimension referenced from topo surface

We want to reference spot elevation dimensions from topo surface and not from plane level. For example, in the attached image, we want that the spot elevation dimension shows 1.47m an not 2.50m. We often need to see these tags in plans during "building permit" phase.

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Thibault Masson

Isn't a spot elevation based on Survey Point exactly what you are trying to do?  You can have two different spot elevation types....Survey or Project...

No. What I'm trying to do is to reference spot elevation dimensions from ANY point of the topo surface. I want to be able to create a "topo-relative" spot elevation dimensions anywhere in the project.

Using the Survey point as a reference, you can reference only from 1 level (the sea level).
