Revit would benefit from a more comprehensive Space framework where MEP elements can:
Reliably identify their associated Space.
Expose Space information in schedules, tags, filters, and the API.
Contribute load-related properties to Space-level calculations and reporting.
Support aggregation of electrical, heating, cooling, and other engineering loads at the Space level.
Improving Space integration across all MEP categories would provide significantly greater value than adding support for individual categories one at a time and would greatly enhance BIM-based engineering workflows.
